Site Overview

This website is a tool for our customers to purchase our products online. Our online services make buying from KRA a convenience, and can be done 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In order to purchase from this site, you need to have a site account. We have two types of accounts:

Standard Website Account

These accounts are open to anyone, and you can register and purchase from us in just a few minutes. To get started you can either begin the purchase process (we will register you before you checkout) or you can register here. This is a great way to get started if you need a product quickly, or want to experience our service for the first time.

KRA Direct Account

These are web accounts for standard KRA customers. In order to apply for this account, you must fill-out a credit application. For these accounts, you can track shipments, review past orders, re-order items, and more all at your convenience online. You can also call us directly and place blanket orders or we can fulfill other specialty needs.

Search

Throughout the site you will find areas to search for a product. When you enter a search term, we are searching the product name, item number, description, and the category it is in. Searching is the easiest way to find a specific product.

Purchasing and Checkout

Purchasing a Product

Each product contains a name, item number, description, and unit price. Many products contain volume price breaks. We have included a simple price calculator to help you estimate a product price for a given volume. After you add an item to your shopping cart, you are taken to the shopping cart page. From here you can checkout or return to buy more items.

Checking Out

In order to checkout, you will need to be log in to your account. If you don't already have an account, you can create one here. We will return you to the checkout process so you don't lose your place.

During the checkout process you will need to enter billing and shipping information. We store this information along with your account. If you have a standard web account, we only store one shipping address, and you can only purchase with a valid credit card. If you have a KRA direct account, we store multiple shipping addresses and you can purchase with either a credit card or a purchase order. You can fill out a credit application to become a KRA direct customer here.

After completing your purchase, we will send you an initial confirmation email stating we have received your order. You will receive a second email with your complete order number and shipping costs once the order has been fully processed.

Taxes

We charge tax for purchases in Arizona (8.1%), California (8.25%), and Washington(8.8%). Purchases from all other states and international are not charged tax.

Hazardous Material

Currently we charge an extra $15.00 for each order which contains hazardous material. Hazardous materials – Also referred to as hazmat, dangerous goods, or restricted articles, are articles or substances that are capable of posing a significant risk to health, safety or property when transported by air, rail, ground, or sea.

Manufacturer's Certification

If certification is required from the manufacturer an additional charge may apply.
